On the eastern border of Superblock M lies ‘Imad al-Din Street which is a main street in Downtown Cairo historically known for the presence of entertainment venues such as Cinema Biegal, Cinema Lido, and Naguib al-Rihani Theater. Only some of those spaces remain open today. Superblock M is also famous for two parallel passages; al-Alfi Bey and Saraya al-Azbakiya Passageways, both consist of mainly coffee shops and restaurants and overlook ‘Urabi Square and the famous Grand Hotel.
