Heytan is a social collective of artists concerned with the relation between the social and public space. It seeks to be a catalyst by creating friction between masses in the street and art. In the context of space, it addresses the interaction between man and his society
Allowing public art to host more than political ideas and to get in touch with the philosophical questions that are of necessity to the society
Training and development:
Heytan is also concerned with access to information related to public art, allowing Heytan’s artists and other independent artists to share their experiences with the young generation and those interested in art through workshops, lectures centered around art, and other media
Heytan is additionally planning for a series of viral tutorials for those who are interested in lectures and classes offered by Heytan to give the opportunity of sharing experiences beyond the boundaries of Heytan’s physical space
