Mission Statement

AYB is committed to the economic empowerment of underprivileged communities. The organization offers various programs in different fields, such as vocational training, personal coaching, formal employment opportunities in companies or factories, and small and micro loans, while striving to promote volunteerism in community development and fostering private and public partnerships. AYB also works with the private sector on activating minimum wages so that workers and employees can graduate from the circle of poverty.
